All prices are shown in your selected wallet currency. Payment is debited from your Easy Gaming Portal wallet the moment you place the order. Top-ups are typically delivered within the stated window (5–10 minutes for most titles); we do not guarantee instant delivery for any game.

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST), where applicable, and payment processing fees. No additional charges are added at checkout.

If delivery fails (game-side error, wrong UID, publisher outage), we refund the full amount back to the same wallet you paid from. Refunds appear in your wallet immediately once an admin marks the order Refunded — no separate request is required.

You can fund your wallet via supported Malaysian payment methods. The wallet credit is held in your name and is non-transferable. Wallet credit does not expire while your account remains active.

Top-ups from third-party bank accounts (i.e. someone else sending us money on your behalf) cannot be processed and will be held pending verification. The KYC Bank account holder name field must match the originating bank account name. This control is required by the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA).

Successfully delivered top-ups are non-refundable — once in-game currency has been credited to your game account, we cannot reverse it. We only refund where we failed to deliver (server error, undeliverable account, publisher outage). Delivered orders are non-refundable except in limited cases (failed delivery, verified error, publisher outage, duplicate charge); approved refunds return to your original payment method where supported, otherwise as wallet credit. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our Live Chat support is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Easy Gaming Points or referral commissions.

Every completed game purchase earns cashback as Easy Gaming Points — 1% to 2% depending on your tier(1 point = RM 0.01). Points pay for future game top-ups only and can't be mixed with MYR on one order. Points are revoked if the original order is refunded or declined. See the Rewards Tier Table for the tier breakdown and per-tier cashback percentages.

Points expire 365 days after your most recent points-earning activity. Each new game top-up or referral commission earned resets the 365-day clock for your whole points balance. If no points-earning activity happens in that window, the entire points balance expires at once. Your tier is based on lifetime points earned and is not affected by expiry.
