Terms of Use

Easy Gaming Portal is an online platform that lets you top up in-game currency and buy prepaid game cards. A verified account marketplace is coming soon. The service is operated from Malaysia and priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All orders are settled in MYR.

We act as a reseller of digital game credits. We are not the publisher of the underlying games and do not control changes to game balance, in-game pricing, or account bans imposed by the game publisher.

You must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in Malaysia) to create an account. One person, one account. Sharing logins, password storage on shared devices, or trading the account itself is prohibited. We reserve the right to verify your age through KYC documents; accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended and any balance refunded to the verified parent or guardian upon proof.

Game top-ups do not require KYC. Identity verification (KYC) is required only for: (i) referral payout (full legal name, country, bank name and bank account number); (ii) marketplace selling; and (iii) tax-invoice issuance, as an Individual or a Company. KYC is a legal-name match against an IC / passport (plus, for a company, the SSM registration documents) and a clear photo of the same ID document. KYC data is retained for the period required by Malaysian AML and tax rules and deleted afterward. (The marketplace is coming soon.)

Inactive accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for ninety (90) days — with no orders, no KYC submission, and no wallet activity — may be automatically deleted to keep our platform running smoothly. Any meaningful activity — placing an order, submitting KYC, browsing the site while signed in, or maintaining a wallet balance — resets this period, so an account you actually use is kept permanently. (Accounts that have never set an Easy Gaming ID and are otherwise empty may be removed after 24 hours.)

A verified account marketplace — where KYC-verified customers can buy and sell game accounts peer-to-peer, arranging delivery and payment directly with each other — is launching soon. The full marketplace terms (listing rules, seller obligations, anti-fraud cooldowns) will be published here when the marketplace goes live.

You may not use Easy Gaming Portal to launder money, fund illegal activity, evade sanctions, or resell credits in jurisdictions where doing so is illegal. You may not create multiple accounts to abuse referral, cashback, or sign-up promotions. We reserve the right to suspend any account we reasonably suspect of breach and seize any remaining balance pending investigation.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to game-publisher outages, payment-provider failures, government action, internet disruption, natural disasters, pandemics, or war.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
