Easy Gaming Portal can issue an invoice for your purchases, subject to:

• You have completed identity verification (KYC) on your account.
• The order is a completed top-up paid in MYR.
• The order was placed after your KYC was approved — orders made before KYC verification cannot be invoiced.
• The invoice is issued in your KYC-verified name.

To receive invoices, complete KYC before placing your order. View and download available invoices from your Transaction History.
