Welcome to Easy Gaming Portal Sdn Bhd (202501037661 (1639070-M), referred to in this document as “Easy Gaming Portal”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order on www.easygamingportal.com you agree to the following terms. Read them carefully — they cover both how the service works (Terms of Service) and how we handle your data (Privacy Policy).
1. The Service
Easy Gaming Portal is an online platform that lets you top up in-game currency, buy prepaid game cards, and (where eligible) trade game accounts on the marketplace. The service is operated from Malaysia and priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All orders are settled in MYR.
We act as a reseller of digital game credits. We are not the publisher of the underlying games and do not control changes to game balance, in-game pricing, or account bans imposed by the game publisher.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. One person, one account. Sharing logins, password storage on shared devices, or trading the account itself is prohibited.
Any use of the marketplace — buying or selling, at any amount — requires KYC verification: a legal name match against an IC / passport, and a clear photo of the same ID document. High-value top-ups may also trigger KYC. KYC data is retained for the period required by Malaysian AML rules and deleted afterward.
3. Orders, payment & delivery
All prices are shown in your selected wallet currency. Payment is debited from your Easy Gaming Portal wallet the moment you place the order. Top-ups are typically delivered within the stated window (5–10 minutes for most titles); we do not guarantee instant delivery for any game.
If delivery fails (game-side error, wrong UID, publisher outage), we refund the full amount back to the same wallet you paid from. Refunds appear in your wallet immediately once an admin marks the order Refunded — no separate request is required.
4. Wallet top-ups
You can fund your wallet via Touch 'n Go, FPX, or bank transfer. The wallet credit is held in your name and is non-transferable. Wallet credit does not expire while your account remains active.
Top-ups from third-party bank accounts (i.e. someone else sending us money on your behalf) cannot be processed and will be held pending verification. The KYC Bank account holder name field must match the originating bank account name.
5. Refunds & chargebacks
Successfully delivered top-ups are non-refundable — once in-game currency has been credited to your game account, we cannot reverse it. We only refund where we failed to deliver (server error, undeliverable account, publisher outage).
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our Live Chat support is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Easy Gaming Points or referral commissions.
6. Marketplace
The marketplace lets verified customers list game accounts and digital items for sale. Easy Gaming Portal acts as the escrow middleman — we never publish direct seller-to-buyer contact, and we never release funds until the buyer confirms receipt.
Sellers may not list accounts that contain region-locked content they don't own, accounts obtained via cheating or account theft, or accounts where the in-game items were purchased with stolen payment methods. We retain the right to cancel any listing at our discretion.
Any email change freezes the customer's marketplace activity for 3 days. This is an anti-fraud cooldown — if your account is hijacked and the attacker swaps your email, the cooldown gives the legitimate owner time to reverse the change.
7. Easy Gaming Points (cashback)
Every completed game purchase earns 1% cashback as Easy Gaming Points (1 point = RM 0.01). Points can only be used to pay for future game top-ups and cannot be mixed with MYR on the same order. Points are revoked if the original order is refunded or declined.
8. Referral program
Each verified customer gets one unique referral code. We pay commission to the direct referrer only — 1.00% (paid as Easy Gaming Points) on the wallet-charged amount of any game purchase made by your direct referral. KYC approval is required on both the buyer and the receiving referrer before commission triggers; wallet top-ups (deposits) do not earn commission.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use Easy Gaming Portal to launder money, fund illegal activity, evade sanctions, or resell credits in jurisdictions where doing so is illegal. You may not create multiple accounts to abuse referral, cashback, or sign-up promotions. We reserve the right to suspend any account we reasonably suspect of breach and seize any remaining balance pending investigation.
Privacy Policy
10. What we collect
We collect, and only collect:
- Account identifiers — email, password hash, Easy Gaming ID.
- KYC data when required — legal name, IC / passport number, bank account holder name, country, ID photo (marketplace only).
- Order data — every top-up: game, denomination, UID, server, character name, amount, wallet used.
- Wallet transactions — every credit / debit, including refunds and cashback.
- Technical data — IP address, browser fingerprint, device user-agent (used for fraud signals and rate-limiting).
We do notcollect game passwords for any title where login isn't strictly required for fulfilment. Where passwords are collected (account-login top-up flows), they are stored encrypted at rest and purged after the order is delivered.
11. How we use it
- Deliver the service (process orders, run wallets, send notifications).
- Comply with Malaysian AML / KYC obligations.
- Detect and prevent fraud (account takeovers, chargeback abuse, sanctions screening).
- Improve the product (anonymised analytics — never individual-level profiling for advertising).
12. Who we share it with
Your data is never sold. We share the minimum data necessary with these processor categories: payment gateways (Touch 'n Go, FPX, bank rails), KYC / liveness providers (Sumsub or equivalent, only when video verification is triggered), and Malaysian government / law-enforcement bodies in response to a valid court order. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements that mirror these obligations.
13. Retention
Order records, wallet transactions, and invoices are retained for 7 years per Malaysian tax law. KYC ID photos and ID numbers are retained while the account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure. Game account passwords (where collected) are purged within 24 hours of the order being marked Completed.
14. Your rights
Under PDPA 2010 you have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of everything we hold.
- Correct your data — fix anything that's wrong (most fields are also editable in /account).
- Withdraw consent — close your account at any time; non-tax-mandated data is then deleted.
- Object to direct marketing — you can opt out of promotional emails any time.

15. Security
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; we never see the plaintext. Wallet balances and KYC photos are encrypted at rest. Every privileged action by Easy Gaming Portal staff is logged with actor + timestamp. We do our best, but no system is unbreakable — keep your password strong, use a password manager, and enable 2FA when available.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes (anything that affects pricing, refund rights, or data sharing) will be announced 14 days in advance via email and an on-site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
