Gift cards & PINs
Gift cards and PIN codes are final once delivered. A code that has been viewed is treated as used.
Before you buy
Check the region and platform on the card's page. Many cards only work on accounts registered in one country.
When a code counts as viewed
A code counts as viewed the first time you press Reveal on your License Keys page. We record the time of every reveal. Once a code has been viewed, we treat it as used, because we cannot tell whether it has been copied or redeemed.
We will refund if
- Card not delivered: you paid, but the code was not delivered to your account.
- Code does not work: the code was invalid or already used before you received it, and the publisher confirms this.
- Charged twice: you were charged more than once for the same order.
We cannot refund if
- The code has been viewed or revealed, even if you have not redeemed it yet.
- You bought the wrong card, even if you have not viewed the code.
- You bought a card for the wrong region or platform. Each card's page shows where it works.
- You changed your mind after buying.
- The order is linked to suspected fraud or a scam.
If your code does not work
Do not share the code with anyone. Send us your order number, a screenshot of the error message and the time you tried to redeem it. We will check the code with the publisher. If the publisher confirms the code was invalid or already used before you received it, we will refund you.
